THURSDAY 6:30AM

I fell asleep mid-posting last night in my hotel bed around 11 o'clock. Barely awake now, I'm staggering around my hotel room taking ten inefficient steps for every one step a fully awake person would be taking. I want to make the 7 AM shuttle to the hospital. Col's heart procedure is scheduled for 8:45 AM and don't know whether that is pre-op time or the start of the procedure itself. Got to brush my teeth.
